Privacy Policy

Who processes the data. Modern Consulting LLC (Tbilisi, Georgia, identification code 431177120) is the controller of the data you leave on this site.

What data. Through the request form: your name, contact (phone, WhatsApp or email), the service you chose and your message. Details of where the visit came from are sent automatically with the request: the UTM tags of an ad link, the domain of the site you came from, the first page of the visit and the page the form was sent from. To protect against spam the server keeps your IP address and the time of sending; entries older than 10 minutes are removed the next time requests are processed.

Why. To answer your request and prepare a proposal — steps you asked for before any contract. The visit source tells us which channels bring requests. We do not use this data for mailings without separate consent and do not sell it.

Where it is kept and who receives it. The request is written to a log on our server at the hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) and delivered to our working channels: the Telegram messenger and corporate email hosted by Zoho (European data centre). These services process the data technically, on our instructions, and may store it outside Georgia. We do not share the data with anyone else.

How long we keep it. As long as needed to answer the request and for any cooperation that follows. On your request we delete it from the server log, from email and from Telegram.

Cookies and analytics. The site sets one technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your chosen language for a year. Visits are counted by Plausible on our own server — without cookies and without personal data. The visit source for the form is kept in your browser's sessionStorage until the tab is closed, and no longer than a day.

Map. The contact page embeds a Google Maps map. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details and processes them under its own privacy policy.

Your rights. You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion or withdraw consent. You may also turn to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
